Endoscopic Forehead
This endoscopic brow lift procedure is used to elevate the position of the eyebrows, reduce the height of the forehead, and advance the scalp if needed. This provides for a more feminine look to the forehead and hairline.
Tracheal Shave
The tracheal shave is a procedure done to reduces the size of the Adam’s Apple. We place a small incision in the throat and remove (shave down) the cartilage in the throat. This results in a smoother, less angular appearance of the throat.
Chin Reshaping
The chin in a male is typically much more squared off, less defined and vertically longer than that of a female. Chin reshaping and jaw reduction surgery can reduce the length of the chin as well as narrow out the jaw bones.
Cheek Augmentation
Cheek augmentation is the most commonly performed with a combination of fat grafting and implants. Implants provide the structure and lift needed for facial feminization, while fat grafting is complementary to the cheek implant and is used to further augment and make more symmetrical the soft tissue fill over the cheek.
Fat Grafting
Facial fat grafting is also referred to as fat transfer or fat injection. It is the surgical procedure where fat is transferred from one area of the body to another. This is normally used to sculpt and augment an area of the body or face.

Open techniques have complications built in regardless of the surgeon that performs them! That is why the surgical specialties throughout the world have embraced 21st century endoscopic – minimal scar, minimal complication rate techniques. Only the field of gender surgery is stuck in the 20th century with outdated, high complication, open techniques that cut bone and nerves, and leave behind wires, plates and screws.
