Our Team
Adam (Records Keeper)
In addition to making charts, filing charts, and rotating charts to storage, Adam is the “Jack of all Trades” in our office and is cross-trained to be able to fill in for any front office duty. You may speak to him on the phone, or be greeted by him on patient days.
Michelle (Executive Secretary)
She will most likely greet you on the phone, schedule an appointment, remind you of a follow-up, and passes on messages to Dr. Zukowski. She organizes the doctor’s office schedule and his away lectures. She will greet you on patient days.
Cole (Executive Surgical Coordinator)
He is Dr. Zukowski’s right hand man. As a member of the gender community, and having been in the hospitality industry serving as Head Concierge for 5 star hotels all over the world, Cole is attentive to your every need. He interfaces with you both preoperative and postoperative, schedules phone call follow-ups with the doctor, and most importantly, finds you a spot on our busy operating room schedule. He is what makes our facility a pleasant experience to deal with and a person who is discrete, attentive, and caring.
Mark Klinger (Head of the Operating Room)
One of the only certified first assistants at the largest Advocate Hospital in Chicago, we are fortunate to have him run our outpatient operating facility. Like the infamous Max Klinger on the popular MASH sitcom from the 1970’s and ‘80’s, Mark is no stranger to the gender community. His attention to detail, friendliness and “Ace of all Trades” knowledge of every aspect of the operating room and equipment contribute to your safety and world class experience at our International Center of Gender Excellence.
